Hard to get your point with the use of the "icons" used in the post.
My team just received a 5% increase on one of our installation projects Friday. Of course we will pass the increase on to the installers since their quality of work and customer service sold the increase to the MSO (not to mention I have the best PM's in the business).
Not sure why you are experiencing price cuts, is it maybe your perception that you are asked to do more for the same pay-out, not to mention the increase expenses you may have with fuel costs? If so, I would say that your prime is not selling the customer for a well deserved increase in pricing, but he/she needs to have solid team performance result's to even have a chance to sell an increase.
It is not my goal with my posts to offend anyone. My team is happy with our company and we make a few bucks to support our families very well. So please take my opinion with consideration, only trying to help.
