I'm a little confused on who your are calling the customer here ? is it as you state, "Whether you are a contractor, sub-contractor, or employee of a contractor or subcontractor, an HSP MSP or RSP. The MSOs, DTV, and Dish are our customers." are they the customers? if so who is "our". hmm..
If I read this right then I think you got it all wrong, all the above mentioned would be, again, as you say, the store owner and can, and will, dictate the prices.
