MSO's, DTV, & DISH are the customers of HSPs, RSPs, and Contractors. HSPs, RSPs, and contractors are businesses that provide a service for the MSO's, DTV, & DISH.
The MSO is the client/customer, but yet they dictate the economic terms when they do business with HSPs, RSPs, Pirmes, or whoevever.
Not healthy for the client/customer to have total dictation of pricing.
