There are more jobs being offered daily. Is the turn in customer base that great?
Or is it due to the fact that a fraction of that may be from guys saying no?
I know where you stand on unions and thats OK with me. Thats your opinion and I do respect it. But, By the same token, these guys have there opinions too.
And while on the union box I will say this. when a brother here falls, he gets a call, e-mail, post, PM, some kind of support from others here that don't even know him. I have NEVER seen a union do that.
In fact, didn't oldschooltech go through a let down from his union starting experience?
I admit, I do not have the answers to the delema, but a suggestion.
Think about this. If everyone is working for the good primes where does that leave the bad ones with no techs?
