It's not always that simple veg (pulse and pliers)
How many primes here, or subs here, have hired out guys that claim they are the greatest thing sinse sliced bread? Only to find out they got another stale crumb.
And when you started in the business, did you know it all? Of course not. That is how you add to the industry. Unfortunately, todays younger newbie, and i'm not saying all, don't seem to care about anything but the quick buck.
So with guys leaving the industry, with years of experience, who then, will take their places? Guys with knowledge just don't grow on trees.You have to teach them. And to be honest, some of the guys out there who do have SOME experience also have bad habbits to go with them.
