But as Gerry stated, there are a lot of variables on the initial set up, you, in most cases need some there that can work around problems, hey I've been doing it since 83 and I still have to get on the phone in some cases, most of the set up procedure guide lines are going to come from your customer, where their modems are, what they want the cards hit with and so on, my advice, if you don't think you can do it, you can't. Get up with some one who can come in and walk you through it, with all the data on the 2 way systems these days, HE techs are going to drill ya hard before they let you through that door.
