There are alot of varibles here , best bet , get their software explaining the meters operation or a hard manual ,if you can't understand their retterick you might get lucky and get Penberthy, Zeus , Doud Cohen , Gary Vest or many others to explain it too you . there are many that know how to use this meter , but not everyone can teach it . I know CaptainCoax , Zeus , is a good teacher , but I don't know if he has the time to Explain it to you . If I manage to get the New College to handle things it will be taught there. Their are many schools that teach it , but to me there is a difference in the Classroom and the real world . Just my 2cents hope it helps.
