What a shame to see work like this. One thing foe sure this is definitely the work of a Lame Brain I would not even call him an Installer It also seems that he did not have a drill because he could have drill a hole and put the Eqpt. in the room by the window. Finally they should ban that customer from having any kind of service for signing the W/O. Not because a customer signs a W/O makes the job ok.............................
