Ban the customer from receiving the service because of the so called installer failed to properly install the service??
Your post shows you are the President of Cush Communications Inc. If you believe the customer should not receive service because the installer failed to deliver.....you are part of the problem with your leadership for the rest of us with the perception Cable MSO's have with contractoring resources.
