You can not place a lien on the homeowner correct but when you place your lien it is on the work area that you did the work and that includes drops, strand, amps, box's ect. You are not placing a lien on their subscribers just on the work you did for the company. This means they must get a court order to even work on it until the lien is removed. Not that the lien really means anything to the MSO just bad P.R. as we all know they spend more money sweeping their floors in one hour than an installer or any cabl dawg makes in a year. If someone has really been done wrong the best way to get attention is mention media attention.
Also remember you don't just get liens at walmart you must have a case and an attorney to present your evidence to the court!
Remember MSO'S care about P.R., Most primes care less THERE ARE ALWAYS CHEEP MEXICANS TO REPLACE YOU!
