These are Cable boxes correct?

They belong to the MSO and therefor can be reported as stolen property. What does your contract state as far as contract termination and equipment return?
If you read it, it probably gives you a deadline on returning equipment as well as a deadline for the final payment due to you.

I don't believe you can claim the cable,fittings and so forth as they were furnished by the MSO. Nor can you legally file a lien on the home owner. However, you may file a labor lien on both the prime you work for and the MSO. I would make this a last resort.

Generally if you talk to an MSO and have proof of completed and QC passed invoices, as well as a receipt for all equipment turned in, they will usually work with you and help out.
