sub vs. employee contractors

not too long agao there was a debate on here on whether 1099 contractors were going to be replaced by employee based contractors. my prediction seems to be correct as most of those employee based contractors have gone under. in CFL there was VOZZCOM and they recently lost their contract and i heard that Groupware was fired for the second time in the Tampa Division. Subs can do more and will do more simply by the pay structure.
