I no longer work for the aforementioned company(by choice)
It was not the fact they were employee based that sent them packing in CFL. The fact of the matter remains it was an internal struggle.
When you grow up in a market you know it well.
When you are an outsider and you come into a new market you do not expect it to be much different than other markets.
Unfortunately, that was not true in CFL.
With all that being said I still stand by made statement made months ago.
Most major MSO's are looking for employee based companies because they can hold them accountable for thier employees.
And they do not have to deal with the constant barrage of insurance claims, tax evasion and all the other problems that can come along with subs.
Like I said months ago there will never be a resolution to this type of conversation. It is almost a hypothetical question.
