your post reminded me of a rumor that i heard........someone working for twc was telling me that tw was considering going all digital and just eating it on the cost of the digital box for those that only wanted basic services. his reason when i asked why was to combat cable theft and for bandwidth savings.........has anyone heard of anyone doing this?
