Thanks for the help..I just got it figured out. The problem was the Continuum Modulator 9821 model (Scientific Atlanta). I just took over another guys potision here and I am trying to get all the crap fixed that he didnt do..Dont ask me how this happend but the old headend tech had this modulator (9821) at channel 74 (then switched to channel 94). If you know this type of eq the 9821 has a freq range of 550-870mhz but channel 74 is at 523.2500MHz. So in tern he should of had a 9820 (freq range 50-550MHz) at channel 74...Not sure why this modulator worked at channel 74....
