I agree with a Blackball list but with some of the MSO's business practices it should be some of them that should be Blacklisted . Part of the problem in this industry is management has no conception of what a cable dog/dawg is , only of how to micromanage things they know nothing about. Who do you want at the helm ? A man that has been in the trenches or a smoke blower whos "Shining as we call it" because he has the ability to micromanage things to cover his but. Common sense should answer. Its a simple deduction when common sense is applied , if you were selecting a surgeon to operate on you , would you want someone who thinks he can do the operation or would you want someone who has preformed the surgery many times. Simple deduction . "Common Sense"
