i agree with you there duck but at the same time a lot of good linemen get listed because they are just too much for the contractor to deal with .i am easy but i am a hard man too and it does take a certain kind of man to be a lineman as wellas far as the mso's go most cant turn on a tv without a remote so let that speak for my opinion on management and most contractor managers are i can do it all guys they tell you thier experience is 25 years giving them a grand total of less than 5 years experience in anything....other than getting a little brown on thier noses that usually comes in at about 30 years grand total.....and of coarse there are exceotions to the rule those are the ones that actually say here let me show you not here now do it how i said
