You got that right!! Alot of MSO's hire management that doesn't have a clue what's going on in the field, and can't comprehend it even when you tell them: or just don't care. Maybe I'm wrong, but it seems to me like they're too busy worrying about how to screw over the professionals so can save $$ on the budget and get thier big bonus! The bonus system needs to be changed, and it could could still save money. Instead of being:
% of savings on budget = % of bonus
It should be:
% of quality work done, without having to be redone = % of
bonus.
I bet that would put MSO's and management on their toes to make sure they hire proffessionals instead of sitting behind thier desk watching the #'s and hiring their hack buddies to come get it while they can.
