Buddy of mine who still works for Herb said he has a few friends in the DTV call center in Huntsville, and the new scuttlebutt is that DTV is about to go strictly in-house, bye-bye HSP's. And it will be happening sooner than later. Also B&A is trying to pay COV techs at a reduced point scale. 3-4 dollars a point.
