Think i'm gonna try deep frying one this year. Had one done that way by a brother in the mountains above Los Angeles a few years back. Dang good tastin'! Anyone know the oil temp and time formula please send it on! Will still have the honey baked spiral cut Ham for a backup cause i know i'm gonna screw it up!Ooooooooooo, candied yams,stuffing, lots 'o gravy, mashed potatoes(mashed with sour cream) more gravy, pumpkin pie and cool whip, more gravy,ham 'n swiss on dinner rolls for the poker game, more gravy, cranberries,more stuffing, more gravy!!!
