Need help on Bidding

I am getting ready to dive head first into the real world of CONTRACTING...

The local cable company is now taking bids on replacing 10,000 traps. These are to be replaced in 30 days....

I have asked employees who do piece work for the Largest subcontract company in our city of around 500,000 people, what is the pay on a trap swap(up/downgrade)

They make $1.35 for the swap and another $3.00 for a trip charge.

I'll give you an Idea of the rest of the pay
(all prices include trip charge of 3.00)
Customer contact (cc) reconnect $11.35
No cc reconnect 8.75
add'l outlet 5.00
add'l outlet sep. trip 8.00
New drop 15.65
digital box (in addition to outlet) 4.65

What would be a guess of what the current pay is on the trap swap?

WHat would be a fair bid that would get me in the door, and still make it worth my time?
