What killed me was working for an ISP and getting work orders for upgrades on old equipment. I went 75 miles to my first job one day only to discover that besides needing an additional dish for the 61.5 the job also required a 44 switch in order for their existing equipment to be compatible.
Come to find out the cx has to pay for the switch which I had no clue about and of course didn't have one on my truck.
To add insult to injury, I was the SIXTH installer sent to this job and the cx told me that they had been told the same thing the previous five times! I could not fathom that this order had been rescheduled so many times and no one from DISH and on down the food chain had figured out what the hell needed to be done..
Hat's off to you guys out there fighting the good fight!
DISH is so much fun!!
