in all fairness here, if a sub chooses to work 3.5 days a week that's his choice. i know it doesn't work. i've been in the office, routing, and responsible for the jobs getting done, and had to leave the office at 1 pm to go to 7 installs an hour away. but still. he is a contractor. that is his choice. your choice as HIS CLIENT is whether you will choose his services. i think that's where things get wierd in this business, as a sub the guy that thinks he is your BOSS is actually your CLIENT. that gets misread both ways. but it is actually the model you have chosen for yourself.
