I had to fire a guy 2 years back that was hurting my CO. he would tell twc one thing an do another.It got things going good again.But know there is another guy that does good work but work 3.5 days a week.If you get ride of them the others will get it at first .But there will always be a bad apple .If you keep it ,it will make the hole bag of apples bad.And if you keep a sub because he is your friend .That friend could put you out of business.
