you are correct to a point tX,
he may only wish to work 3.5 days a week, but upon accepting the S.O.W. and viewing it, he has the option to negotiate his contract terms. If the terms are not negotiated and the contract is signed or even if not signed and work is then accepted and completed, correctly AND/or incorrectly by contractor, and ANY payment is accepted for said work, then that in itself shows intent of compliance to said contract and terms.
The question then is weather or not the S.O.W. states work load and or time frames. does it state prefered days of work?
