Direct tv problems

I'm having a problem with my Direct tv. Maybe one of you satellite techs can tell me what may be the cause. I cant receive a lot of my channels sometimes in the morning they will come in but in the evening they do not. This has been going on for a while and may be getting worse. Heres some of the channels I have a problem with 356,353,331,329,317,308,300,294,279,277,260,204 are just a few. I have three receivers and the same thing on all three tv's. The one tech that I had to deal with could do an install, but could not trouble shoot. That was for another issue no picture at all . I noticed two bolts missing on the mast mount. I would like to have an idea what may be the problem so if I get the same tech I can pass along a possible fix. Thanks
