"Could install but not trouble shoot."...............Did his truck say Directv on the
side and now hiring on the back? Whay was his SBCA number? I just know I paid many dollars to get an SBCA certification mostly because I was told DTV wanted competent folks spiking their dishes to trees.

Depends on which two bolts are missing and where the others are installed.
All the other hints are fine but they have to be done in a logical order, DTV has a technical hlp line that is pretty good. Tell them you are and installer on a service call and can't figure it out.
