i don't do dtv, i do dish, but anytime i see ALL the recievers missing channels it is almost always a bad lnb or switch or a dish that has become mispointed, if you are using a single orbital dish, i would suspect the lnb or switch. insist that he replace both. it would have to be from the switch back if it is on all receivers.
