All this sooooo true, my question is how do we get out the slackers and the ones who heard tht cable pays good ,and are only in it for a few years to make the money. Without the high standards and really caring about the quality of their work it is only hurting those of us that do really do care ,and have been in this field forever and want to stay in it longer????? HOW can we as subs get rid of others that are hurting our business by lowering standards??? Any thoughts????
