It actualy seems to be a numbers game with the MSO"s
I mean realy, do the 95-99% QC's matter or is it just completion % they want. Untill they stop and decide what is truley needed we ALL just float at the mercy of the daily rule. Always remember the golden rule: HE WITH ALL THE GOLD MAKES ALL THE RULES.
it sucks I know. But, it is true.
To get rid of bad apples? well, we've all been down that road and like i say the best way, for me is trickle down. they ussualy leave on their own that way.
