back problems and headaches.....

i thought i was built of iron........but last week i had to take two days off due to these headaches that blinded me.......not totally black, but i just couldn't focus and i kept getting dizzy......it lasted two days and then after a day and a half back at work they came back.....when they came back i realized that the headache was preceded by a lot of pain in my upper back......i'm wondering if anyone else has had something similar happen and what steps the took to AVOID the headaches since every pill i took got it's a$$ whipped by the headache. i'm not sure if it could be my tool rig, my laddders, my boots or the 7 cars i totalled in my younger days.......i'm only 29.......far from old, but i need to find a way to beat this because (as i'm sure you all know) an unreliable contractor is useless as tits on a bore. any help would be appreciated.
