Sounds to me like you have yourself a pinched nerve on the spinal cord and / or a slipped disc. DO NOT see a "Bone Crusher"! My wife has a crushed clavical and I have a 3 level steel fusion from "Bone Crushers"!
Go see a Neurologist immediately.
