We are a small outfit just upgraded plant and headend and waiting for the RPD to come in so we can switch our DCT's to RF.
Next step is we would like to offer an on demand where the customer can order and watch movies at his leisure. We are presently using HITS and have very few movie ppv and you must wait for the scheduled time to order/watch. We have DCT 2000 and 2500. We would like to offer the DVR with the new on demand.
Can anyone give me a run down on what else we will need in the head end or/and on customer premises to get this service started?
We are a lil behind but we are getting there.
