You are paying a guy who has passed background check, a drug screen, and vaild DL 12.hr?!?!?!?! To install CATV?!?!?!?
Are you aware the CSRs make more than that???
You need to go. Your kind needs to go. This industry need good companies who values the work of their employees and not people like you who take what they can get, and pay sh*T.
12/hr employee + w/c+ bennies,+ 8hr OT, supplies, gas, and a few other expenses = about 1200/wk. Cost you about 1200/wk to work that 12/hr guy 6 days a week.
What you do is give the sub 1200 flat out and pass the expenses on to him.
Same compensation. Different structure of payment.
