Make sure phone lines are in the contract you have with your company. If it states to install pone lines as part of the standard install then you are on the hook to do so. If not roll the dice and say you do not have to since it is not specified in your contract. They will have you sign an adendum to your existing contract adding phone lines to the standard install and not paying you for that work or just get ride of you. It will be your decision to continue contracting with that company. It is time all the DTV installes stand together and say NO to installing phone lines for free. I am unaware if DTV pays extra to the sub for phone line work it is very unlikely that do.
