Of course they denied it. They hire low wage morons Oop's excuse me, claims adjusters to try to get rid of you on the first go round. It's a common practise. If the article is genuinely covered under your policy call them back and tell the supervisor that your attorney will be contacting the state attorney generals office as well as the FTC if they decide to continue with their fraudulent and unethical practises.
