Bushmaster is absolutely correct, if you happen to have an attorney on retainer, or know one well enough to have them draft a letter regarding your intentions on their letterhead that will also get the ball rolling a bit faster. That's how insurance companies stay in buisness, by collecting premiums and denying claims.. Hell if I remember correctly the adjusters get bonuses if they keep their claims under a certain percentage...
