By Jesus saying he came to replace the law, he pretty much states that people do not need to worry about the Old Testament law. With this being true, then why do people get so upset about removing the Ten Commandments since they are no longer needed? It seems that the convenient laws (don't murder and don't worship false idols) are followed but the more stringent laws (eat shellfish, and other Old Testament stuff) are ignored. Just a lot of picking and choosing going on.
