Can anyone interpret cablemodem error logs?

As a cablemodem customer, Comcast is really pissing me off. I'm about to get a bundle from Alltel if they don't get their crap together.

Is there anyone here who can troubleshoot a connectivity issue with a cablemodem by interpreting the error logs? Comcast seems to try real hard at not wanting to help me.

Here are the specs.

Linksys WCG200 wireless cable gateway
One computer is cat 5 connected, other is wireless
When it loses it, the DS light blinks steadily, others are out
Recently, DS and US lights have blinked in unison when out
Comcast says only 3 people on our node (small town)
CM line is homerun to demarc.
House amp at demarc, tried it without houseamp, same problem
current levels are +8.2 Down, +44.8 Up, and 37.9 SNR

I can send logs via PM but don't want to post here in case it has personal information.

It's been a while since I've done HSD, so not really able to troubleshoot beyond this. Let me know if you can help.
