Make sure that your pole is 100% plum. If you are off even by one degree, you can have MAJOR problems. Make sure also that your receiver is up to date on the software version. If it isn't, lock in the 119, download the receiver, and then the 121 should be there. You can also bypass the switch on each satellite input individually straight to the receiver to make sure that they are there, and to make sure that you don't have a bad dp34. HTH.
