Depends on the hourly rate.
Hourly billing seems to be a trend creeping into our industry these days of employee based companies.
The days where a good tech can make $500.00 - $1000.00 running fulfillment work and way more for Mx type of work are heading into the sunset along with things like honor and integrity, which both gave up and left years ago.
Cry for them my friend because I sure miss them as do many others. I've been in this biz since 88 and alot of things look really weird to me these days.
