Question for the Bosses

Im interested in knowing how much it costs a company to have an employee at $13/HR 40 hrs a week. How much would it actually cost me, as a company, to hire someone at this rate. Assuming Im paying for vehicle, WC & GL insurance. Im supplying truck, supplies, gas, everything needed. How much will this person cost me a week working 40hrs. Include any costs I may have left out, except medical ins.
