For a rough number, compute the weekly rate, add overtime in at time and a half - this would be the overtime percentage you feel comfortable using, I would use 10%. Once you have your weekly rate, multiply by 52 for your yearly salary and add 40% - this should cover it. Approximately $45k per year for a beginner should do it. Don't take out for vacation / holiday / sick - this builds you a little cushion.
This is not perfect but will get you in the ball park.
