Does anyone know anything about non-compete clauses? What should they say and what shouldn't I sign? I would also like to know if anyone can give me information on independent contractor contracts or where I can get a look at one. I was given one to go over and sign and I want to know what is acceptable or if I'm going to be in a no win situation w/ this company.
