My company has a 6 month non compete clause... it is not meant to keep you from going to another company, but to prevent you from going after a prime from the mso... he in my systems there is a gentleman's agreement that there is a 30 day waiting period in between companies unless both parties agree to the release so to avoid bad relations and tech stealing between the contractors and mso
