got news for ya jersey....by IRS regulations a contractor MUST schedule his jobs,,,if your requireing him to follow timeframes or appointments you set up...he is considered an employee...and the irs and the state will come after you for back taxes, fica and unemployment and workers comp........go ahead ask me how I know....
