....I worked for Southwestern in San Marcos, then went to Cardiff and worked south to Del Mar. I lived in a broke down station wagon parked in the lot at the bar called "Dick's on the beach". Remember the cement sail boat?....Stone Steps Surfing Contest?....The Swami on the cliff?.....on and on. Our yard was an old gas station on PCH in Encinitas. Been a while since I've seen Tony. He still owns K & B Eng. in Cal. Boat trips to Mexico anyone?.... great memories....
