If this guy does get freed based on his lawyer's defense (and I can't imagine he will) the very least they should do is castrate him. I can't understand how men who are supposed to be for the law can defend scum bags like this. It should not be a criminal's "right" to have any defense - he lost that "right" the minute he committed his (or her) crime. What about the victim's right to be alive? We worry more about the criminal's rights than those of the victim and their families....very sorry state of affairs.
