So wife are you saying all you have to do is be accused and you should be convicted? Which by your comments must be what you mean. Thats what makes our laws work, the right to a defense. You asked who speaks for the victim. The state does, all they have to do is prove there case by showing the person they are trying is the one who committed the crime and that it could be no one else. Whats so bad about that. That it has to be proven.
