You say a criminal should not have the right to a defense. Are you going to be the one to decide who is a criminal and who is not? I thought that was the reason we have trials to decide who is a criminal and who isn't. I would like to personally casterate this animal and kick the sh#t out of him while he bleeds to death, but we have to protect the rights of the worst of us to keep the rights of the rest of us safe. What if you or someone you love is accused of a crime they did not commit? It happens more than you think, DNA evidence has proved that. Should your loved one loose all thier rights because they have been accused?
